
On May 08, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the dossiers were examined, interviews were conducted, and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

It shall be reminded, that 67 candidates for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal were admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” in the competition to the appellate courts. This stage was launched by the First Chamber of the Commission on May 06, 2025.
In total, eight candidates were interviewed: one candidate confirmed her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, three candidates failed to confirm their ability to administer justice, and four more candidates will be interviewed at the plenary session.
