Competition to the General Courts of Appeal: Three Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal

On October 20, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, the issue of confirming the ability of four candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice in the in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal and one candidate – in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal was determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment regarding candidates for the position of a judge of Transcarpathian Court of Appeal, the Commission took the following decisions:

Based on the results of the qualification assessment regarding candidate for the position of a judge of Chernihiv Court of Appeal, the Commission took the following decision:

In total, 5 candidates confirmed the ability to administer justice in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal, 3 candidates – didn’t and interviews with 6 candidates will be conducted by the plenary session of the Commission. 15 candidates confirmed the ability to administer justice in Transcarpathian Court of Appeal, 3 candidates didn’t and interviews with
4 candidates will be conducted by the plenary session of the Commission.
