For the purpose of proper preparation of candidates for the qualification exam within the competition for the position of judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, including its Appeals Chamber, the Commission provides information on the tentative schedule of the qualification exam.
Tentative schedule of the qualification exam:
- October 01, 2025 – testing on the history of Ukrainian statehood;
- October 13, 2025 – testing on general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the respective court;
- October 27, 2025 – testing on cognitive abilities;
- November 12-14, 2025 – performance of a practical assignment.
Please be reminded, that the Commission has published:
- On August 27, 2025 – the list of questions for the anonymous test on the history of Ukrainian statehood with correct answers;
- On September 08, 2025 – the list of questions for the anonymous test on general knowledge in the field of law;
- On September 08, 2025 – the list of questions for the anonymous test on the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, including its Appeals Chamber, with correct answers.
