Competition for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed the Ability to Administer Justice, and One Candidate Failed to Confirm It

On June 25, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 93 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 58 candidates for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: 26 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 20 candidates failed to confirm it, and 12 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
