Competition for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: Two Candidates Has Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice

On March 31, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 93 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 31 candidates: 12 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 11 candidates failed to confirm it, and 8 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
