On October 6, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting as a panel, began conducting interviews with candidates for the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal who, based on the results of a joint vote by the members of the Commission and the Expert Council, were found to meet the criteria of integrity and professional competence.

Please be reminded, on October 29, 2025, a competition was announced to fill 10 judicial positions at the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
A total of 131 persons submitted applications to participate in the competition, of whom 110 were admitted to the competition and the qualification assessment. Twenty-three candidates who successfully passed the qualification exam were admitted to the second stage of the qualification assessment, “Dossier Review and Interview”.
Based on the results of a joint vote by the members of the Commission and the Expert Council, 6 candidates were found to meet the criteria of integrity and professional competence.
