Please be informed, that in order to assist military personnel in participating in the selection process for the position of local court judge, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has established a special procedure for the submission of documents.
Based on the results of processing the relevant documents, 232 persons who exercised their right to the special procedure for submitting documents were admitted to participation in the selection for the position of a local court judge and taking the qualification exam. In order to implement the right of military personnel to participate in the qualification exam, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, after determining the schedule for the first stage of the exam, will appeal to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to assist candidates for the position of judge in appearing for the exam and bringing the relevant information to the attention of military units. If it is necessary to send a notification of the appointment of a qualification exam to a military unit, military service members are asked to immediately inform the Commission and indicate the address of the relevant military unit.
