Eleven members of the Commission participated in the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine: Pasichnyk A.V., Bohonis M.B., Gatseliuk V.O., Dukh Y.M., Koliush O.L., Luhanskyi V.I., Melnyk R.I., Omelian O.S., Sabodash R.B., Sydorovych R.M., Shevchuk G.M.
- The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine included in the list of issues to be discussed at the meeting the issue “On consideration of the application of Commission member Ruslan Sydorovych for recusal from consideration of the issue of examining the dossier, conducting an interview, and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal Stanislav Zlatin within the competition, announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23 dated September 14, 2023 (as amended) (scheduled for consideration on June 17, 2025).
Based on the results of the consideration of the above issue, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to reject the application of Commission member Ruslan Sydorovych for self-recusal (Commission member Ruslan Sydorovych did not participate in the voting on this issue).
- Based on the results of consideration of the issue of confirming the ability of candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision
No. 94/zp-23 (as amended) dated September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided:
2.1. To recognize Diana Hnap as having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal.
2.2. To postpone consideration of the issue of confirming the ability of candidate for the position of a judge Serhii Hlazko to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision
No. 94/zp-23 (as amended) dated September 14, 2023.
2.3. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal Tetiana Balas, has not confirmed her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal.
