Six members of the Commission participated in the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the First Chamber: Pasichnyk A.V., Dukh Y.M., Kydysiuk R.A., Koliush O.L., Sabodash R.B., Sydorovych R.M.
- Based on the results of the dossiers study, conducting interviews, and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23 (as amended) of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided:
1.1. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal, Iryna Buriak, scored 715.47 points.
To recognize Iryna Buriak as having failed to confirm her ability to administer justice in an administrative court of appeal based on the criterion of social competence (Commission member A.V. Pasichnyk did not participate in the consideration of this issue).
1.2. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, candidate for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal Ruslana Dmytryshena scored 728.3 points.
To recognize Ruslana Dmytryshena as having failed to confirm her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal based on the criterion of social competence (Commission member A.V. Pasichnyk did not participate in the consideration of this issue).
1.3. To grant the request of Oleksandr Karmazin and announce a break in the consideration of the issue of examining the dossier, conducting an interview, and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of the candidate for the position of a judge of the commercial court of appeal, Oleksandr Karmazin, within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23 (as amended) of September 14, 2023, until 3:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025.
1.4. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal, Stanislav Zlatin, scored 736.6 points.
To submit for consideration by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session the question of confirming the ability of Stanislav Zlatin to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal.
