Five members of the Commission participated in the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in the Second Chamber: Omelian O.S., Bohonis M.B., Gatseliuk V.O., Luhanskyi V.I., Shevchuk G.M.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, based on the results of the dossiers study, conducting interviews and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23
(as amended) of September 14, 2023, decided:

- To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of a judge of the commercial court of appeal, Olena Bestachenko, scored 735.53 points.
To recognize Olena Bestachenko as having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal.

- To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the candidate for the position of a judge of the commercial court of appeal, Olena Skovorodina, scored 729.30 points.
The question of confirming the ability of Olena Skovorodina to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal shall be submitted for consideration to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session.

- To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, candidate for the position of a judge of the commercial court of appeal Nataliia Spaskykh scored 722.07 points.
The question of confirming the ability of Nataliia Spaskykh to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal shall be submitted for consideration by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session.
