The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1. To determine that a judge of the Vinnytsia Circuit Administrative Court Nataliia Zhdankina scored 794.875 points in the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held.
To recognise judge of the Vinnytsia Circuit Administrative Court Nataliia Zhdankina as suitable for the position held.
2. To determine that a judge of the Dnipro Court of Appeal Roman Mudretskyi, scored 780.4 points in the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held.
To recognise judge of the Dnipro Court of Appeal Roman Mudretskyi as suitable for the position held.
3. To determine that judge of the Oleksandriiskyi City-Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast Volodymyr Orlovskyi, has scored 862.625 points based on the results of the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held.
To recognise judge of the Oleksandriiskyi City-Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast Volodymyr Orlovskyi, as suitable for the position held.
4. To determine that judge of the Melitopolskyi City-Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Hanna Hnatyk, scored 719.125 points in the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held.
To submit for consideration of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session the issue of suitability of a judge of the Melitopolskyi City-Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Hanna Hnatyk, for the position held.
5. To satisfy the motion of the authorized representative of the Public Integrity Council to postpone consideration of the issue of studying the dossier, conducting an interview and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of a judge for suitability for the position held, in particular, of a judge of the Oleksandriiskyi City-Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast Ruslana Sokolova.
The date, time and place of the next meeting will be notified to the participants separately in advance in accordance with the procedure established by law and the Rules of Procedure.
6. To postpone consideration of the issue of studying the dossier, conducting an interview and determining the results of the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held of a judge of the Commercial Court of Odesa Oblast Serhii Litvinov.
7. To postpone consideration of the issue of studying the dossier, conducting an interview and determining the results of the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held of a judge of the Svativskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast Liudmyla Osipenko.
8. To postpone consideration of the issue of studying the dossier, conducting an interview and determining the results of the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held of a judge of the Vinnytsia City Court in Vinnytsia Oblast Oleksandr Korol.
