Qualification evaluation and examination within the framework of the competition to the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court appointed
Please be informed that on October 18, 2018, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine appointed qualification evaluation and examination within the framework of the competitions for vacant positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court and the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court announced on August 2, 2018.
The list of candidates concerning who the qualification evaluation is appointed within the framework of competition for taking 27 vacant positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court is available at this link.
The list of candidates who may be admitted to the qualification evaluation within the framework of competition for taking 27 vacant positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court in case of adoption by the Commission of a decision to that effect is available at this link.
The list of candidates concerning who the qualification evaluation is appointed within the framework of competition for 12 vacant positions of judges of the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court is available at this link.
The list of candidates who may be admitted to the qualification evaluation within the framework of competition for 12 vacant positions of judges of the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court in case of adoption by the Commission of a decision to that effect is available at this link.
In case if the surname of the person indicated in the list differs, in particular, due to its change, one should notify the Commission forthwith and send a copy of the document certifying the change in question (contacts for the notification – tel. (044) 233-63-85, zvernennia@vkksu.gov.ua).
The schedule of conducting the qualification evaluation is established as follows:
1) Conducting examination and determining its results – November-December 2018 (included);
2) Conducting interviews: December 2018 – January 2019 (included).
The following dates and time of the exam are determined:
The first stage – taking anonymous written testing – November 12, 2018, the test starts at 10:30 a.m.
Registration for testing starts at 09:15 a.m.
The second stage, case study – November 14, 2018, starts at 10:30 a.m.
Registration for case study starts at 09:15 a.m.
The exam will take place on the premises of “KyivExpoPlaza” Exhibition Center at the address 2b Saliutna Street, Kyiv.
Duration of exam stages:
- Anonymous Written Testing – 150 Minutes;
- Case study – 330 minutes.
One judge shall take one case study.
The stage of the exam “Taking case study” will be conducted pursuant to the legislation that will come into force on the day the High Anti-Corruption Court starts functioning.
